The purpose of the conference is to discuss the problems and search for scientifically based answers to the challenges associated with the transformation of the CSR, the change in the spatial organization of the economy and the staffing of structural transformations.

Scientific directions of the conference: structural transformation of the economy and the development of the CSR, the role of Russia in global CSR, territorial development and interregional cooperation in the context of the CSR, technology, innovation and digitalization in the CSR, human resources and employment in the context of economic transformation, the real sector of the economy in the CSR system, government regulation and measures to support the development of the CSR.
Format of participation: plenary session – offline (in-person); breakout sessions – mixed (face-to-face and remote).
Participation in the conference is free of charge.
The working language of the conference is Russian.

To participate, you must send the abstract of the report, an application and consent to the processing of personal data by e-mail valuechain_conf@mail.ru according to the attached forms (see appendices 1, 2, 3 of the information letter) or submit an application on the website http://chain .volnc.ru Materials submitted later than the specified deadline will not be accepted for consideration until September 23, 2026.

September 30, 2026 – public lecture by D.B. Kuvalin, Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, "Contradictions between the goals of Russia's economic development and macrofinancial policy."
